The Chapter is now using PayPal merchant services to process credit card payments. Please read the following as the process has changed slightly. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for the annual meeting.
To register for the annual meeting:

Select your category from the list below and then indicate if you will be attending lunch.

Complete the affiliation section and add to cart.

If you are attending any of the 7:30am meetings or will be taking the Connecticut mandated CME Cultural Competencies class from 9am-10am please select and click add to cart for those items.

You need to add each item to the cart separately. After you add an item and the cart pops up, click the continue shopping button to come back to the page to add additional items. Once all items are added to the cart, click check out to pay.
If you wish to register multiple attendees please click --> info@ctacs.org to send an itemized listing after you have made your payment via PayPal. You can adjust the numbers up in the shopping cart.
You can click the view cart button at any time to view/update your cart and begin the check out process. The charge will appear on your statement as PAYPAL: CTACSPA INC.
